Hotel Massena - Paris

Room had a great view of the street. Bathroom featured strong water pressure and seemingly renewed fixtures.

Rooms are tiny. The bed felt uneven, leading to some awkward sleeping positions. Breakfast options were limited, lacking fresh vegetables and served hardboiled eggs that weren't warm. There was noise from neighbors and the street, made for some interrupted sleep. Parking or loading luggage could be a hassle due to the central location's busyness.

Perfect location, good value for money by parisian standards, breakfast was also included. The size of the room is quite alright. Very clean. You are allowed to keep your luggage after the checkout. In total recommended for a short paris trip.

No fruit is offered at the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were rather small, but functionally furnished and very clean. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Top location! We will book this hotel again on our next trip to Paris. Conclusion: highly recommended.

The location is superb! Check-in was effortless, even after midnight. We felt very welcomed.

Rooms can feel snug-especially if you have multiple bags! Some staff appeared indifferent, which slightly dampened the experience.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, close to a famous department store. It was located walking distance to a bus stop. The meals in the bar were great.

The location is great, and the area is shopping walking distance to cafes and an amusement park. Their breakfast option with decaf coffee and croissants and jams is exceptionally good, put others we have been to shame! The customer service is perfect, they offer shuttle to the airport.

The location is superb, making it easy to explore Paris. The room felt cramped for three people.

The location of Hotel Massena shines. A quick walk to the Madeleine metro station made my daily adventures easy. I cherished the clean room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a decent size, and the shower had strong water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight, with good options each morning. I did notice the room size was quite compact was good. Noise from the street was also present, especially during daytime, but it didn't significantly impact my sleep. I faced a minor inconvenience during check-out, as I had to wait a bit longer than expected. Still, the overall charm and service were nice.

The air conditioning worked well even during the July heat. The location is fantastic, just blocks away from major landmarks and a metro stop, which helped in navigating around fast.

The room sizes are really cramped. Think of a cozy cabin but without much space to move around. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the street. Fresh breakfast options are limited, and the decor feels like it hasn't been updated in years, with some carpets showing wear. WiFi can be spotty at times, not ideal for anyone who needs reliable connections. It feels a bit overpriced for what you get, especially considering the room and amenities.

The athmosphere is good, reception very kind, wonderful lady (red hair) at the breakfast.Fine location.

The prices are now very high in hotels of Paris.
